The Importance of an Onsite Trainer

Would your employees be able to do their jobs without training?  Would they be able to produce quality work without training?  If you didn’t have to train them, does that mean they had training previously?

Even though we have all lived with our bodies since the beginning of our lives, most people know very little about how their body works, what it needs to get healthy, what exercise actually is, or how to exercise.

Many rely on ‘experts’ like doctors who are scrambling to eke out 5 minutes maximum per patient and order appropriate tests in the order prescribed and allowed by insurance companies.

Many rely on television commercials to help them select the best medications for their particular ‘problems’, seeing medications as a ‘quick fix’ so they don’t have to think about it anymore.

Only 30% of our population actually eats the daily amount of vegetables their body needs and gets the amount of exercise their body needs.  Those are the people least likely to succumb to the top 5 causes of death, the least likely to cause increases in the insurance pools, and consequently the least likely to be included in research studies.  There is no profit to be made from someone who is well, when your business caters to the ‘unwell’.

A qualified Fitness Trainer will be able to help both fit and unfit employees exercise at their fitness levels safely, while progressing them systematically to higher levels of fitness.

By using the services of a Fitness Trainer, your company provides a plan for employees to follow, the availability of professional, individualized solutions, and create an environment conducive to autonomy (motivation from within), vitalized with management and peer support and progress toward true wellness and well-being.
