In the Private Club Industry, summer means 1 of 2 things. Either a good majority of your member base is headed back to cooler weather and you have a 3-4 months to regroup, or your Club will be filled with seasonal members and guests who will expect their Club to be firing on all cylinders.

-Customized group fitness programming to enjoy indoors when it’s too hot to be on the golf course
-Year-round exercise solutions provided by your in-house trainers to keep your Club in front of your member base while they are away
-Fitness challenges and education opportunities to show your year-round members they are valued
-A season re-cap meeting with your fitness team to determine wins, losses, and action plan to ensure the upcoming season is a success

-Survey members specific to the fitness offering to ensure the program is tailored to their needs and not your agenda
-Start marketing your fitness programming 4-8 weeks before your peak season
-Schedule a season kick-off event where members can meet fitness staff, ask questions, and try out the programming
-Vet professional staff that will ensure a safe a member centric fitness experience
-Get consistent feedback and ensure staff is always willing to enhance the member experience
